Petitioner no.2 husband/accused no.2 is present with his advocate. Similarly complainant/respondent no.2 is present with her advocate. Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR which is essentially under section 498A of IPC. Consent terms have been arrived at in matrimonial dispute pending in Family Court Bandra in MJ Petition No. A/853/2018. It is not in dispute that as per consent terms, the matter for dissolving the marriage under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act is not pending. Similarly the nilegaonkar 1/2
