A perusal of prayer clause (c) of the Application shows that the Applicant is seeking transfer of the proceedings pending before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Pune to any other Court of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge. Since the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge from whom transfer is sought, has been elevated, the Application seeking transfer will not survive.
