The prayer in this petition is for quashing the First Information report registered at Erandol Police Station, Jalgaon. 2.

We, therefore, direct the Registry to return the petition to the Advocate for the petitioners to enable the petitioners to present the same before the Bench at Aurangabad.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier will continue to operate for the period of one month from today, to enable the petitioners to take appropriate steps.
