We find that the FIR is under Sections 354, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

The Affidavit unequivocally communicates that police was approached in anger and because of some misunderstanding. 5.

Accepting the Affidavit, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
