By order dated 31 January 2013, the learned trial Court rejected the application filed by the present petitioners for temporary injunction in a suit filed by him for declaration and injunction. The appellate court on 11 September 2015 had dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioners against the order of trial court. There is no interim order in favour of the petitioners in the present petition. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition. The trial Court shall however endevour to decide the Regular Civil Suit No. 194 of 2011 as early as possible. The Writ Petition is disposed of. ( N.R.
