Heard Mr.Prakash Rangawala the applicant appearing in person. He states that he has given notice of today's production to the other side. He submitted that by order dated 28.10.2015 in Writ Petition No.360/2015, this Court directed the applicant to furnish amended copy of the plaint to the eighth respondent within a period of four weeks from today and to pay costs of Rs.5000/- to respondent No.8 within the said period. The order recorded payment of costs in the presence of the Court and acceptance by respondent

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, delay in taking out application is condoned as also the time stipulated in the order dated 28.10.2015 is accordingly extended. Civil Application stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
