This is an Application by widow and son of the sole Applicant Mr. Kedarrao Nanasaheb Shinde, who expired on 25.01.2021. The Application is filed for bringing their names on record as legal heirs of sole Appellant. There is delay in filing the Yugandhara Patil 1 /2

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 opposed the Application and submitted that there is inordinate delay in filing the Application. However, record shows that no reply has been filed.

In that view of the matter and considering the averments in the Application, sufficient cause is made out. Hence the present Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a),(b) and (c). Necessary amendment be carried out in the Appeal within a period of 2 weeks from today.
