The application qua applicant No.1 was withdrawn on 26/08/2021. The second application is preferred on the ground that there is a change in circumstance, on account of charge-sheet being fled and that the applicant has delivered a baby on 31/10/2021.

Both the aforesaid circumstances warrant that the applicant shall approach the trial court in the wake of the change in circumstances. Reserving the aforesaid liberty, the application is rejected.

Needless to state that the application was not heard on merits.
