Learned counsel for the Appellants and Respondent states that pursuant to the order dated 10/08/2022, the Competent Authority had re-heard the matter and re-assessed the rateable value of the property. He submits that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have complied with the order passed by the Competent Authority and that nothing survives in the Appeal. Learned counsel for the Appellants therefore seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal.

Since learned counsel for the Appellants concedes that the reassessed amount has been paid, nothing survives in the Appeal. Hence, First Appeal No.13/2007 stands disposed of.
