Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State, we are of the opinion that this Petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the representations/proposals dated 4th November, 2015 Exhibit H and 27th July, 2016 Exhibit I filed by Respondent No.5 (Copy of which is annexed at Exhibits H & I to the Petition), if not already decided, as expeditiously as possible, and within the period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
