DATED : 11th NOVEMBER, 2022 P.C:- On 27/4/2022, time to furnish surety was extended by 10 days, with a clear understanding that failure to furnish the sureties within a stipulated time would result in cancellation of bail without reference to the Court. Since there is a failure to abide by the said order, the effect contemplated by the said order has already come into operation. Hence, there is no propriety in granting further extension.
