1] Grievance of the petitioner is that his representation submitted before the Minister, Urban Development Department has not been considered and decided as yet. According to the petitioner, the representation was submitted on 5th March 2015 (Exh.I). 2] Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit a fresh and detailed representation before the respondent No.2, Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department, who may be directed to consider the

3] Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions of petitioner, we dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to submit fresh representation before the respondent No.2. On receipt of the same, the respondent No.2 shall examine it and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four months from the date of receipt of the said representation. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
