Considering the fact that the applicant is the first informant, he can be permitted to intervene in the aforesaid Bail Application. Hence, the intervener in Criminal Application No.1084 of 2018 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1758 of 2018 Criminal Application No.1086 of 2018 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1706 of 2018, are allowed and informant is permitted to intervene. Learned counsel for the intervener submitted that his intervention application be treated as reply and he do not intend to file a separate reply. It is further submitted that in the event the applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application is intends to rely upon the additional documents other than referred in the application, copy be furnished to the advocate for the intervener. The informant be impleaded as respondent in both applications for anticipatory bail.

Criminal Application No.1154 of 2018 and 1186 of 2018, are preferred seeking intervention in these application for anticipatory bail. The same be listed alongwith aforesaid applications on 31st October, 2018. To be listed High on Supplementary Board.
