The Civil Application seeks following reliefs: (a)That the Applicants be allowed to deposit Rs.2,17,976/- in compliance of the undertaking given in the order dated 18-08-2016. (b) That the Bailable warrant dated 19-09-2016 may kindly be cancelled 2.
Due to passage of time and orders passed by this Court, the Civil Application is rendered infructuous. Learned Counsel for the ApplicantMangement however states that in the Civil Application the ApplicantManagement has taken up the contention about the quantum of salary. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

In the circumstances, the Civil Application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant-Mangement to take out fresh Civil Application so far as the issue of quantum of salary is concerned, which shall be considered on its own merits. All contentions are kept open.
