This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents no. 1 to 4 by the learned Trial Court by its Order dated 10/12/2015. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the police have submitted the charge-sheet on 11/2/2016. In view of the decision of this Court in Criminal Application No. 723/2014 dated 25/1/2016, the present application as of today does not survive and is accordingly dismissed. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
