The matter was placed before this court for the first time on 11/12/2017 when nobody appeared for the petitioner. Thereafter matter is listed today.

The Criminal Case in relation to which the matter is filed is Case No. 1787 of 2014. In this situation, we dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.
