Petitioners are aggrieved by the demand notice dated 12th June, 2014 and 1st October, 2014. When the matter came up for admission, a statement was made by the Petitioners that they are willing to clear the entire dues of the Bank. However, no steps have been taken by the Petitioners. Petitioners have an alternate remedy of filing an application before the DRAT. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Reserving the right of the Petitioners to file an appropriate application before the DRAT, writ petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
