1] These are the applications for intervention by the authorized officer of the Regional Waqf Board, Konkan Region, Mr.Khusrao Khan, in connection with C.R. No. 782 of 2014 registered with Mumbra Police Station, District Thane.

2] For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3] The Applicants in ABA No. 963 of 2018 and ABA No. 964 of 2018 are directed to implead the first informant Mr.Khusro Khan as respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the same stipulated period.
