By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Corporation dated 04/08/2017 directing the petitioner to close the slaughter house. The petitioner has also sought a direction against the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against the cancellation of the provisional licence by the order dated 04/08/2017. ism

2 51.10766.17 wp It would not be proper to consider the challenge to the order dated 04/08/2017, when the appeal filed by the petitioner against the said order is pending before the Appellate Authority.

Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and positively within one month.

Order accordingly. No costs.
