This is the Second Application under Section 439 of Cr. P.C. for bail in CR No. 51 of 2016 dated 05.02.2016 registered with the Bhandup Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 376(2)(I), 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4, 6, 8 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act). 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Application unconditionally.
