After hearing the learned Counsel for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 236 of 2016 dated 20.09.2016 registered with the Vairag Police Station, Dist. Solapur does not commence within a period of nine months from today.
