Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, this Court (Coram : Smt.Revati Mohite-Dere, J.) has granted bail by order dated 21st July 2022 to the Applicant. While imposing condition this Court has imposed condition that, the Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. The learned counsel further submitted that, it is finding difficult for the Applicant to furnish one or two local sureties. Applicant is ready to furnish sureties instead of one or two local sureties. Hence, requested to allow the Application. 4.

The learned APP has submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel and as bail order is passed in favour of the Applicant, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is partly allowed.

(ii) The Condition No.(i) of order dated 21st July 2022 is modified as under :- "(i) The Applicant be released on bail, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount." (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) N.S. Kamble page 2 of 2
