By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the Writ Petition (L) No.4298/2018 which stood dismissed in view of conditional order dated 21.08.2018 for non removal of office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Writ Petition (ST) No.4298/2018 is restored to file for hearing on merits.

b) Order dated 21.08.218 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner to remove all office objections in Writ Petition (ST) No.4298/2018 till today.
