This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No.12431 of 2015 as per liberty granted by this court on 13.4.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as per liberty granted by this court on 13.4.2016, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order: a) Hearing of Writ Petition No.12431 of 2015 is expedited.

b) Office is directed to place the matter on Mohite 1/2

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
