This is an application for intervention by the mother of the deceased Jagdish in C. R. No. I-468 of 2013 registered with Vartak Nagar Police Station, Thane.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the present application. The applicant in Bail Application No. 1751 of 2015 is hereby directed to implead Smt. Kaladevi Ghanshyam Verma as respondent No.2. The 1/2
