Mr. Sarda states that prayers made in the application do not survive for the time being in view of the subsequent developments. He submits that in pursuance of the order dated 2nd November, 2018, the petitioner had deposited Rs.50,000,00/- in this Court on 30th November, 2018. He seeks permission to withdraw that amount. Mr. Vyas has no objection. 3.

In view thereof, the respondent is permitted to withdraw Rs.50,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in this Court along with accrued interest, if any. C.A is disposed of with no order as to costs.
