Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
We have carefully perused the reliefs claimed in the petition. In our considered view an alternate efficacious remedy of revision is available to the petitioners for redressal of their grievance. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to invoke the extraordinary writ jurisdiction. Hence, without adjudication on merits, all the petitions stand disposed of, 3.
Needless to observe that, the petitioners, if advised, may avail of an appropriate remedy, as available in law.
