Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This Court has granted interim protection to the applicant by an order dated 11th September, 2023 subject to certain conditions. The Court is informed that the applicant has appeared before the investigating officer in terms of the said order and also surrendered his mobile phone handset.

For the reasons which weighed with this Court in granting interim protection and having regard to the nature of the accusation, further custodial interrogation of the applicant does not seem to be warranted to facilitate investigation. I am, therefore, impelled to make order of interim bail absolute. 4.

The order of interim bail dated 11th September, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein. Vishal Parekar ...1

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.
