2] Mr. Kapase is prima facie right in his submission that the impugned order dated 24th July 2017 ought not to have been made without afford of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. However, as suggested by him, rather than entertain the present petition and set aside the impugned order only on this ground, the interests of justice will be met if directions are issued to the appeal court to dispose of Regular Civil Appeal No. 13 of 2015 pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Palghar, expeditiously. 3] The suggestion is reasonable. Accordingly, the learned Additional District Judge, Palghar, is directed to dispose of the aforesaid Appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case 1/2
