By this Application, the Applicant has sought modification of condition imposed by order dated 17/02/2015 in Criminal Application No.87/2015 r/w. order dated 15/04/2016 in Criminal Application No.495/2016.

By order dated 17/02/2015, this Court had suspended the substantive sentence imposed by the Applicant and had directed him to report to the trial Court on every Monday till the disposal of the Appeal. The said condition was modified vide order dated 15/04/2016 and the Applicant was directed to report to the Trial Court on every 1/2

P.H. Jayani 11 IA2917.2021.doc alternate Monday. The Appeal is of the year 2015. Since last five years, he has been reporting to the Trial Court. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the Application, the condition is modified to the extent that the Applicant is directed to report to the Trial Court once in three months, on 1st day of the month after every three months. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
