Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and the learned A.P.P.

By this application, the applicant seeks return of his passport being passport no.A9304369, which is in the custody of the respondent no.1.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there was no such condition imposed by the Sessions Court, asking the applicant to deposit his passport, whilst enlarging the applicant on bail. 4.
Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 does not dispute that there was no such condition imposed by the Sessions Court, whilst enlarging the applicant on bail, directing the applicant to deposit his passport. She does not dispute the fact that the applicant's passport is presently in the custody of respondent no.1 and states that respondent no.1 will return the applicant's passport being passport no.A9304369, within one week from today. The said statement is accepted. She, however, submits that the applicant be directed to inform the respondent no.1 whenever he intends to travel abroad and that the applicant be directed to submit the itinerary and details of the places where he intends to visit alongwith telephone numbers.

Accordingly, the applicant to furnish his itinerary and details of the places/addresses alongwith the telephone numbers, to the Respondent No.1, whenever the applicant intends to travel abroad. 6.
The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
