The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which is dismissed for non prosecution on account of the non appearance of the Learned Advocate for the Applicant on 1-7-2015. The Applicant also seeks condonation of delay in filing the above Civil Application. The reasons for the non appearance of the Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on 1-7-2015, have been mentioned in the above Civil Application. Since the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non prosecution it would be just and proper to allow the above Civil Application and restore the Petition to file.
