Pursuant to the order dated 24th February 2016 passed by this Court, Mr.Madhav N.Godbole, Retired Principal District Judge has filed disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. I have gone through the disclosure filed by the proposed arbitrator. There is no dispute that the arbitration agreement exists between the parties. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties have no objection if Mr.Madhav N.Godbole is appointed as a sole arbitrator to decide the dispute between the parties arising out of Deed of Partnership dated 31st March 1993.

Mr.Madhav N.Godbole, Retired Principal District Judge is accordingly appointed as sole arbitrator. Arbitration petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
