P.C. :- The learned APP has stated before us that pursuant to the report of the Petitioner, an offence has been registered vide Crime No.640 of 2014, by the Manpada Police Station under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code and the investigation has commenced. We accept the said statement made by the learned APP as a statement made on behalf of the Investigating Officer to the Court. On the strength of the said statement therefore, Mr. Abhaykumar Apte, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to avail such other remedies as are available to the Petitioner in law, in respect of the investigation which has been carried out by the Investigating Officer.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for with no order as to costs.
