The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has filed a ration card in the proceeding before the trial Court. However, he wants to take back the ration card for the purpose of requirement in the school of his son.

The Applicant is allowed to withdraw the original ration card. However, at the time of Vishal 1 of 2

prod-7-caf-3654-2015.doc withdrawal, he is directed to substitute a legible photocopy of the ration card which is to be certified by the Section Officer of the First Appeal branch. The Applicant should make the ration card available at the time of final hearing of the matter. 4.

Accordingly the Civil Application stands disposed of.
