This is an application for condonation of 80 days delay caused in preferring appeal against Judgment dated 12th April 2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Thane for the offence punishable under sections 366, 376(2)(1), 376-D r/w Sec. 108 of Indian Penal Code. Applicant is sentenced to suffer RI for period of 20 years for the offence punishable under sec. 376-D Yugandhara patil

2/2 9-appa-1481-19.doc and to pay fine of Rs 10,000/-. In addition to above, he is also sentenced to suffer RI for 3 years for the offence punishable under Section 366 of Indian Penal Code.
