Since the dispute raised between the petitioner and Respondents is entertainable by Civil Court, it would be open for petitioner to approach the Civil Court and raise appropriate contention before said Court. No interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
