The orders challenged in the present Petitions are in the nature of interim orders passed by the Minister, Co-operation and Textile granting stay to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies' order passed under the provisions of section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The interim stay order has been passed on 7 March 2022. The proceedings before the Minister of Co-operation are still pending. In this background, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Bank would fairly submit that these Petitions can be disposed katkam 1/2
