The consent terms are tendered on record by the Learned

BGP (1)-FA-1577-12 Counsel appearing for the Appellants and the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent. They state that the consent terms have been signed by both the Appellants and the Respondent. They state that both the Appellants and the Respondent are personally present in Court and they admit the correctness of the contents thereof. The consent terms are also signed by their respective advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Learned Counsel for the parties pray that the Appeal be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

Accordingly, we pass the following order :- I) The Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked "X" for identification;

II) Decree be drawn in terms of the consent terms; III) Appellants shall be entitled for refund of Court fees as per the Rules;

IV) Civil Application No.2803 of 2015 and Civil Application No.3926 of 2012 do not survive and the same are disposed of.
