On 30th March 2022, the learned AGP upon instructions, made a statement that Notifcation under Section 11 of the Right To Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013 would be issued within one month. Today also, the learned AGP, on instructions, maintains the said statement. The said statement is accepted. 2.
Naturally, after the notifcation under Section 11 of the Act 2013 is issued within a period of one month, the Gaikwad RD 1/2
57.WPNo.28802022.doc acquisition has to be completed within the period as stipulated under the Act, 2013.
