Since the offence invoked is under Section 420 read with Section 34 of I.P.C., let the Investigating Offcer issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. within one week from today, if not issued earlier. Upon receipt of the notice, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Offcer within 7 days. Upon his appearance, the Investigating Offcer shall follow the mandate set out under Section 41A and shall record reasons in writing, in case, he comes to the conclusion that the arrest is necessary. Before effecting the arrest for the purpose of custodial interrogation, he shall serve 72 hours notice to the applicants.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed off.
