None present for the Petitioner. By an order dated 09/10/2015, this Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) had initially stayed the order passed by MPID Court on the ground that Petitioner had agreed to deposit the amount of Rs. 60.10 lakhs in the court and had sought extension of time. Order was stayed till 17/10/2015.

2) On 21/10/2015, this Court (Coram : Smt. Sadhana S. Jadhav, J.) had vacated the interim stay and the matter was adjourned to 01/12/2015. On 11/04/2016, none appeared for the Petitioner. It appears that Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the said matter.
