Mr. Marne, the learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 to 5 at the outset makes a statement that order dated 11th April 2019 passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 3071 of 2019 is complied with. He placed on record copy of the order dated 22nd April 2019 passed by the Dy. Commissioner (Administration), Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

In the light of above, the contempt petition will not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of. 3.
