Learned advocate for the respondents states that the writ petition arises out of rejection of an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 in an application filed under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. According to learned advocate for the respondents, the proceedings under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act have been decided. Hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
