The said Writ Petition can be conveniently disposed of since the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents make a statement that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and have accordingly drawn Memorandum of Settlement dated 26.03.2019. The said Memorandum of Settlement came to be placed before the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Pune and in pursuant to that, the reference preferred by the petitioner came to be answered in the negative.

In view of the aforesaid settlement the Writ petition stands disposed of.
