Heard Mr.Jitendra Oak who appears for the original complainant pursuant to a notice given to him by the counsel for the applicant. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in mind that the applicant is a practicing Advocate who is treated as an Officer of the Court, by consent, the Application is finally disposed of by stipulating and observing, as follows :- The applicant undertakes before this Court to remain present before the Magistrate on 20th October 2015 which is the

On the applicant remaining present before the Magistrate on that date and making an application for cancellation of warrant, the learned Magistrate shall cancel the warrant without imposing any penalty. The applicant has assured to this Court that he will remain present before the Magistrate on the dates of hearing, as may be fixed by the Magistrate.
