Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the contesting respondents are served. Mr.Rayrikar, learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondent nos.20 to 23. None appeared for the contesting respondents.

I have perused the averments made in the civil application. Learned counsel for the applicants states that the office objections could not be removed by his client due to unavoidable circumstances and undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. The undertaking rendered by the learned counsel for the applicants is accepted. The order dated 24th July, 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.7343 of 2017 is recalled. Writ Petition 1/2
6-caw2728-17.doc No.7343 of 2017 is restored to file on the condition that all the office objections shall be removed within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. 3.
If all the office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the writ petition to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If all the office objections are removed within two weeks from today, place the writ petition on board for admission as per C.M.I.S. date.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
