Heard the learned AGP for the Applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents. The decretal amount could not be deposited within the time stipulated by this Court in terms of the order of this Court dated 27th July, 2015. For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, the prayer is for extension of time to deposit the amount. The prayer is opposed by the Respondents.

Considering the averments made in the application, time deserves to be extended by a period of two months from today. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c) with the modification that time to deposit the decretal amount is extended by a period of two months from today.
