Letter dated 9.4.2015 received from the Office of the Civil Judge, Senior Division Satara for extention of one year time to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.70 of 2010.

It is to be noted that in the present proceeding this court (Coram: J.H.Bhatia, J.) by order dated 1.7.2011 directed Trial Court to decide the matter within two years. Thereafter, on several occasions, time was extended to comply the said order.

Considering the above mentioned facts, six months time is granted from today to dispose of finally Special Civil Suit No.70 of 2010. If required, Trial Court to take the matter on day to day basis also.

Office is directed to inform the concerned court immediately.
