Today, when the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the Trial Court to decide the Chamber Summons No.1129/2016 in L.C. Suit No.1444/2016. 2.

The Trial Court is requested to decide the Chamber Summons No.1129/2016 in L.C. Suit No.1444/2016 as early as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from today. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to produce the authenticated copy of this order before the Trial Court by 30/1/2017.

I may not be understood to have expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy and the learned Trial Judge is free to decide the application on it's own merits.
